Studio Rental
The Mark Morris Dance Center has five fully-equipped studios available for rent. The column free studios feature wood-sprung floors (with marley), portable and fixed ballet barres, pianos, and sound/video playback systems. Each studio also has heating, air-conditioning, and natural light. Other amenities include dressing rooms with showers and lockers, vending machines, two outdoor terraces and two lounges.

Subsidized Rental Program
The Mark Morris Dance Group has established a rental subsidy program to provide rehearsal space to the dance community at deeply discounted rates. This program is supported by generous grants from the New York State Council on the Arts, the Department of Cultural Affairs and Balletmakers/Capezio.
